SHIPPING
We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), and it takes an average of 48 hours for us to receive and process your order.
For most of Europe and for the US : Delivery takes 10 to 15 days
For the rest of the world : Delivery takes 15 to 20 days

ORDER FOLLOW UP
After making the order, you receive an email with the details of your order and the bill confirming your order.
After 2 days we will send you the tracking number of your shipment.

DUTIES & TAXES
For all of our shipments, all taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. All our products come from Morocco, so you may be asked to pay customs clearance fees corresponding to the import of a product from abroad. RETURN POLICIY
You benefit for a period of 14 days post delivery to request a return of the purchased products. You will then be refunded on the purchase and the initial shipping costs.
We do not provide a free return concerning the shipping fees unless the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
You will then have to send us the following form at contact@tifawin.net
After receiving your form, an email of confirmation will be sent to notify the good assumption of your refund. You will receive the refund no later than 10 days after arrival.

Note: All our carpets are artisanal products made entirely by hand. They may have some light imperfections which are characteristic to artisanal work on a loom. These slight imperfections make each piece unique and are testimony to the authenticity and originality of our products.
